Cancellations & Refunds

We kindly ask that all cancellations and refunds be made no later than 10 daysbefore your scheduled pickup or delivery date. 

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled pickup or delivery date cannot be accepted, and the full order will be charged. 

Extras

We will gladly accept your additional order, please place 7 days prior to your scheduled pick up day. Contact sales@larsonfloralco.com for the quickest response. 

Customization

These collections are predetermined and can notbe customized. Please contact sales@larsonfloralco.com if you'd like to place a customized floral order.
